Festival passes
Enjoy the blues with ease with a Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival pass. This year, the festival will offer four levels of optional passes: Individual sponsor, Blues Benefactor, Blues Buddy and Four-Day Festival Pass.
Your support keeps the festival thriving and provides much-needed food to people who are hungry throughout Oregon and Clark County, Wash.
Information for Blues Buddy, Benefactor and Individual Sponsor pass holders
Thank you for supporting Oregon Food Bank by purchasing a four-day pass to the Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival! Not only will you enjoy four days of the world’s best music, but you are also helping Oregon Food Bank meet the skyrocketing demand for emergency food during these difficult economic times.
Because you purchased a Buddy, Benefactor, or Individual Sponsor pass, you are entitled to the special benefit of early entrance to place your blanket before the main gates open. Please follow these instructions to be admitted early.
Early entrance will be through one gate only – the South Gate (across from Clay Street – see site map). At that gate signs will mark the line for Blues Buddies, Benefactors, and Sponsors. OFB volunteers will exchange the ticket you printed from the Tickets Oregon site for a special Buddy or Benefactor button (Sponsors will already have lanyards). You will be admitted 30 minutes earlier than the stated gate opening time (please see specific times below).
This is the same gate through which you will need to re-enter if the festival gates are closed by the Fire Marshall.
Your Buddy or Benefactor button is your pass for gaining admission to the festival and to the two Wildhorse Super Jams at the Marriott on July 3 and 4. Please take care of it – we cannot replace lost or stolen buttons.
Thank you again for purchasing a pass to the Waterfront Blues Festival. We look forward to seeing you there!
